Each year is different but always just as exceptional. This year, Nuits de Fourvière is no exception and offers great nights in the company of your favorite artists from around the world.
Several venues have will host this year’s event: the legendary Gallo-Roman Theatre of course, but also the Parc de Parilly and Saint Just Church.
From music to theatre via dance and circus, there’s something for everyone in the 2012 programme!
The theatre will open the festivities on 5 June with the Le Bourgeois Gentilhomme (Molière’s The Would-be Noble) directed by Denis Podalydès.
As for Circus, discover the World premiere of the creation by Les 7 doigts de la main.
Take a fresh look at dance with Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo and Battle des Nuits, Round 2 in which French and American teams will battle.
And last, but certainly not least, the music! 28 concerts are scheduled with artists such as Björk, Bob Dylan, Charlie Winston and Ben Harper, but also many new talents to discover!
