On June 11, 2012, the team of the Lyon World Trade Center (WTC) moved to the top of the prestigious Oxygène Tower located in the heart of the Part-Dieu business district.
WTC Lyon will now take on a new dimension: with 1300 square meters on the 27th and 28th floors of Oxygène Tower, the facility gives companies access to 25 equipped offices, 3 meeting rooms and lounge areas.
In addition to these high-end working spaces, the WTC offers a range of services, high-tech amenities and access to the global network of World Trade Centers and its 330 sites in 90 countries.
WTC Lyon inaugurated by (left to right): Philippe Grillot, President of the Lyon CCI, Gérard Collomb, President of Greater Lyon and Didier Caudard-Breille, CEO of DCB International.
The Lyon World Trade Center serves the needs of the Lyon metropolitan area which is increasingly attractive to business. Its role is to serve foreign companies seeking to set up or develop their business in the Lyon region, and assist French companies operating internationally.
This project has an interesting business model which takes the form of an exceptional Public-Private partnership combining the international expertise of the public sector (Aderly, Chamber of commerce...) with the skills of DCB International, the 16th largest office property developer, and Stéphane Quin, a local entrepreneur, expert in the area of business centers.
