27 jan. 2011 by Aurélie MORETTO

This week Lyon's culinary prowess was underlined during the Sirha (international catering and hotel industry exhibition), with tributes paid to Paul Bocuse, several programmes devoted to Lyon in 100% Mag, on the French channel M6.

The 2011 edition of Sirha was a real success with over 160,000 participants i.e 20,000 more visitors than in 2010. This year some of the world's best chefs competed during the Bocuse d'or which was won by Dane, Rasmus Kofoed.

The entire week was definitively devoted to haute cuisine with 250 Michelin star chefs from around the world visiting Lyon to pay tribute to Paul Bocuse: see the video
