Yesterday the grand annual Ambassadors Evening took place. Over 1300 of you gathered at Lyon-Bron airport for this event during which companies that promote Lyon at an international level are rewarded.
A BEAUTIFUL EVENT IN RED AND BLACK
The award ceremony began with the arrival of the model wearing the famous red dress, created by Max Chaoul, and presented on the ONLYLYON publicity campaign.
Philippe Bernand, Director of Aéroports de Lyon, welcomed the guests.
Then Gérard Collomb, Senator-Mayor of Lyon, President of Grand Lyon spoke about the ONLYLYON initiative its ambition to promote and carry the image of an international city.
Jacques de Chilly, Executive Director of Aderly, presented the ONLYLYON awards ceremony devoted to companies that boost Lyon's reputation at an international level. He also took the opportunity to highlight the commitment of the 12 ONLYLYON partners who work every day to promote the initiative and the city. The awards were presented by Michel Thien (County Council) and Benoît Soury (Lyon's Chamber of Commerce and Industry).

Award for the ONLYLYON Ambassador of the year: Nancy Willkomm.
A JOINT EFFORT TO PROMOTE LYON AT AN INTERNATIONAL LEVEL
Jean-Michel Daclin, Vice-President in charge of Lyon's of international presence, reputation and the region's appeal then presented the marketing campaign 2010, which can be seen in European airports.
Finally, Jacques de Chilly thanked the Ambassadors for the role they play. It is thanks to them that Lyon's is renowned the world over.
AN EVENTFUL EVENING
Many of you took advantage of the photo studio, the web corner and the cocktail party, for which the Lyon group Pm's Better played.
Finally, 2 luck Amabassadors, Christine Boulay and Christophe Ulrich won initiation Aéropilot flights in the raffle.
