- Carré de Soie: 400,000 sq. m. net floor area, over 60,000 sq. m. of retail and leisure activity space, including a cinema complex.
- Oxygène Tower: 120 meters high, 26,000 sq. m. of office space and 10,000 sq. m. of retail space.
- Future stadium of the OL soccer team: 60,000 seats, investment of €350 million.
- Rhone river embankment (inaugurated in 2007): €44 million invested. A public park on a 6 km stretch in the heart of the city.
